Oh, I am super confused.  We are supposed to do the slope, aspect and curvature analysis on the "Ogden" watershed correct? When we get to the curvature part, it says to use the pit filled DEM from a previous lab, so I went back to the big cottonwood watershed and ran the analysis.  What DEM should we use? the mosaic? are we supposed to do the pit fill? Does the big cottonwood watershed have anything to do with this lab? I'm lost! What is a paired analysis...? haha, do you see how many questions i have??!!

I ran the curvature tool on the mosaic dem we created for the ogden watershed.  How should we display this in the mini report? Zoomed out to the entire watershed, it just looks like gobbly gook... Should we zoom in and add a stream or something... thanks!

Hi Ingrid,
You were right to use the Ogden watershed for these surface tools.
It is more effective to display these results at a larger scale to show detail. Also effective to either drape over hillshade or overlay with a stream layer or something like that for reference  - to give context to the curvature results.
Does that help?
