I am quite appreciative of the assistance I received when I recently went to the Qatar Airways Auckland Office to confirm a complicated multi-destination plan for my family vacation.  Our seats were arranged so that we could sit together, and the staff took their time to thoroughly explain everything.  For my child's dietary requirements, they also assisted us in placing preorders for meals.  When traveling with children, the small things count, and this crew was well aware of that.  I left feeling very relaxed and prepared for our vacation.  Having a trustworthy local office with caring staff is really beneficial.
