Hi! I just had to comment on how impressed I was with Turkish Airlines OSL Terminal staff. I had a lot of baggage, and rather than getting frustrated, the staff assisted with check-in and answered all my queries with true kindness. The terminal itself was clean and well-ventilated, and despite being full, everything seemed to be very well-organized. The gate announcements were clear, and boarding commenced on schedule. I adore how Turkish Airlines provides the same high-level service on the ground as in the air. What a wonderful beginning to my journey—thanks to the friendly team in Oslo!
