My dad and I had one of the nicest experiences with any airline office when we visited the EL AL Airlines Miami Office. The personnel showed us consideration and respect as soon as we arrived. The worker politely and clearly answered my mom's inquiries regarding wheelchair help. In addition to making sure our seats were cozy for her, they offered some senior travel advice. We felt secure and well-cared for when we left the office. The fact that they treated us like individuals rather than just clients pleased me greatly. The visit was fantastic.
