My family and I had a great time at the Cathay Pacific Stockholm Office last week. When we asked for information on ticket upgrades, the staff gave us a thorough rundown of all the alternatives. They described the advantages and demonstrated how to improve our seats. The office was quiet, and everyone seemed kind.  We were made to feel quite welcome as soon as we arrived. The assistance was prompt and effective.  This is the best airline office we have ever seen. We would definitely return if we needed any additional travel assistance.
