I recently visited the Allegiant Air Austin Office at the airport to ask about group bookings for a family reunion. I expected it to be a hassle, but to my surprise, the staff were super organized and efficient. They explained the process, helped me figure out baggage allowances for multiple people, and even gave a few tips on how to save by booking directly at the counter. I really appreciated how patient they were—even with all my questions. What’s more, the line moved pretty quickly, and everyone seemed to be in good spirits. It wasn’t your typical stressful airport scene. Having someone knowledgeable and approachable makes all the difference, especially when you're handling logistics for more than just yourself. The Allegiant Austin team left a great impression on me, and it definitely made me feel confident about choosing them for our trip. Great value and even better service.
