I visited the Breeze Airways Santa Ana Office to inquire about certain luggage regulations. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. They took their time to thoroughly explain everything, and I never felt hurried. The receptionist was quite gracious. Even helping me with my online check-in was something she offered to do. The ease with which everything went pleased me. They provided greater customer service than I had anticipated. It's comforting to know that you can enter an airline office and receive such excellent service. Breeze Santa Ana team, thank you.
