The regular pet policy of EVA Air Seattle Office is followed at the Seattle office. Pets including dogs, cats, and bunnies are allowed in the cargo area as checked luggage; however, in-cabin pet travel is prohibited, with the exception of service dogs that assist passengers with impairments. In addition to providing two copies of the "Passenger’s Declaration for Live Animal" form at check-in, passengers are required to notify EVA Air reservations at least 48 hours prior to departure. It is necessary to have current health and immunization records. Due to health concerns, several breeds—especially brachycephalic (snub-nosed) animals—are prohibited from traveling.
