I understand that you are unable to get the Windows 10 drivers for Photosmart 3210 printer. I am afraid that your printer is an older model and hence Windows 8.1 drivers are not available for this model.

I would recommend you use the Windows built-in drivers to tackle this issue. Windows 8.1 OS comes with the built-in printer drivers. Simply turn on the printer and connect the USB cable from the printer to the PC. The drivers will be installed in 2-3 minutes. Go to Control panel - Devices and printers to check the printer entry and make it as default printer if needed.

To install the HP Photosmart 3210 All-in-One Printer driver, download the version of the driver that corresponds to your operating systemby clicking on the appropriate link above. A window should then show up asking you where you would like to save the file. Save the driver file somewhereon your computer where you will be easily able to find it, such as your desktop. Then follow the instructions below corresponding to the file type that youdownloaded

Firstly, I would like for someone to confirm that the HP Photosmart 3210 All in One has wireless capabilities? I was able to find some instructions (Using an Access Point (Router) with SecureEzSetup to Make a Wireless Connection Between the All-in-One and the Computer) that go through how to set up the (supposed) wireless connection through a router, however, once I click on "network" under "setup" there is no "wireless setup wizard option" like the instructions say there will be. Am I missing something here?

Yes, your Photosmart 3210 has wireless capabilities, but you have to use an Ethernet Cable. Please reference the Manual on your printer here. On page 36, you will see step-by-step information on connecting your printer to a network.

Thanks for the link to the manual and for confirming that the printer is in fact wireless capable. The manual cleared up some things that I was not sure about. My computer and router are not in the same room as the printer so plugging the printer into the router via ethernet isn't really practical. Are there alternative methods for wirelessly networking the printer?

Connection information:
Your HP All-in-One comes equipped with a USB port so you can connect directly to a
computer using a USB cable. You can also connect your HP All-in-One to either a
wired or wireless network. If you insert an HP bt300 or HP bt400 series Bluetooth
Wireless Printer Adapter into the front USB port, Bluetooth devices such as PDAs
and camera phones can print to your HP All-in-One.
Note: In the remainder of this chapter, the HP bt300 or HP bt400 series
Bluetooth Wireless Printer Adapter is referred to simply as an HP Bluetooth
adapter.

Getting "ink system failure" with 0xc18a0206 error code on front panel of HP Photosmart 3210. Black and yellow cartridges are full while other cartridges are low on ink. Tried reset with holding help and OK buttons and that did not do anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have an HP Photosmart 3210 All-in-one. I keep getting the Ink System Failure error code 0xc18a0206. I have tried the below suggested solutions in the Forum, but none have worked. Any other suggestions? Thanks for any help.

I would recommend removing all the ink cartridges, unplugging the USB cable from the computer that connects to the printer, and then shutting the printer off completely by removing the power cord. Then restart your computer. Turn the printer back on but leave it disconnected from the computer. After it has finished its power on cycle go ahead and insert the ink cartridges back into the printer and be sure to seat them properly.

The HP Photosmart 3210 All-in-One (AIO) is a multifunction device that can print, scan, and copy. The machine features advanced recirculation ink technology which reduces the need for priming and wastage of ink. Print speeds of as less as 14 seconds for 4 x 6 color photos are coupled with excellent print quality. You get monochrome text at 32 ppm and color prints at 31 ppm. The copier is capable of size management from 25% to 400% of the original size. The scanning element is another strong suite of this machine; the scanning glass has room for multiple photos and the built-in transparent materials adapter can hold up to four slides or six negatives at a time. This HP Photosmart 3210 ink printer is best suited for a home-user or small business owner that operates in a networked environment. The HP 3210v is identical to this printer and it enables you to view, edit, and share videos as well.

The HP 3210 has the following dimensions 18.3 (W) x 15.6 (D) x 8.7 (H) and it weighs 26.2 lbs. The copier gives resolutions of up to up to 600 x 1200 dpi for monochrome pages; the maximum print resolution is up to 1200 dpi for mono and up to 4800 x 1200 dpi for color prints. The HP 3210 ink cartridge AIO printer is available for under $500 and makes for interesting comparison with the HP Photosmart C309a, which costs less but offers features such as fax and more compatibility with various media types; however the HP 3210 inkjet cartridge printer scores in terms of workload, it has a maximum duty cycle of 3000 pages. Media types supported include cards, labels, envelopes, photo paper, plain paper, transparencies, and iron-on transfers. The printer is available with six HP 363 individual ink cartridges, of which five are color inkjet cartridges and one is a black ink cartridge which yields 410 standard-sized pages. The color cartridges include cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, light magenta.

The Photosmart 3210 can be connected to a PC and a USB port will let you connect to devices such as cameras and memory sticks. This device also supports ethernet connectivity for a networked environment. An optional HP Bluetooth Wireless Printer Adaptor will let you access the machine wirelessly without powering on the PC. You can view images and also the edits that you make on the 2.5-inch monitor. PictBridge and HP Image Zone are useful software additions to the product. The 3210 is compatible with both Windows OS and Mac OS; however, the printer has compatibility issues with Windows Vista.

The HP Photosmart 3210 inkjet All-in-One printer has the resources to manage up to five users in a network. Because the machine uses dye-based inks, the photos are less light and water resistant as compared to other printers that use pigment-based inks. The paper tray could have been sturdier for an AIO in the $450 - $500 price range.

Overall, the HP Photosmart 3210 is well-suited for those that have a light-to-moderate photo and text printing workload and do not require the fax function.
