Midnight tonight July 16 is the deadline to apply to the U.S. Team Racing Championship

Today is the final day that US SAILING is accepting applications for
the 2010 U.S. Team Racing Championship, which will be held in
September at Seattle Yacht Club in Seattle, Washington. Sponsored by
Rolex Watch U.S.A. Inc., LaserPerformance, Gill NA, and Dry Creek
Vineyard, the U.S. Team Racing Championship will be raced in Vanguard
15s.

Teams interested in competing have until midnight Eastern Time to
complete their application with all six team members entered. Up to
16 teams will be selected or invited by the U.S. Team Racing
Championship Committee from team resumes, applications, qualifying
events. Up to two non-US teams may be invited to compete.


The highest placing US team will qualify to represent the United
Sates at the 2011 ISAF World Team Racing Championship in Ireland. If
a second US team (open category) is eligible for the World
championship, the second highest placing US team will qualify to also
represent the United Sates.
