First the caveats: yes I did go over all the font-id resources i could think of, including all the ones listed on the FAQ on this site. I've already spent a couple days on this and would already have started a clone font myself if I didn't know for sure the font is commercial and i will need to license it regardless, because well it is used in a product after all.

I might also add that Ovaryraptor's answer is indeed correct. The Sequel Rounded family wasn't released until 2017, so the font itself technically did not exist when Max Bill created the original piece. But this font was inspired by Max Bill and designed to look like the typeface he created for the clock faces:

I searched the site and faq without luck. I have an outlined font that I want to fill the whitespace with a gradient. I tried converting the typed text to curves and it appears to have made a single bezier line through the entire glyph (take a C and put a line on the surrounding the inner continuing to the outer edge and then close the C to an O keeping the lines). So, it's treating the text strokes as fill-able but not the whitespace. The attached how do I fill outlineed font with a gradient.pdf shows it well

You didn't say how you went about downloading the fonts through TypeKit (now officially known as Adobe Fonts). The correct way is to click on the font pull-down menu either in the Character Panel or the Control Panel. When you pull down that menu you'll see an option above the list of font names called "Find More". Click on that and the Adobe Fonts will appear. Click on the cloud icon next to the name of the font you want and it should download quite quickly. I tried this with the font you menti

I've noticed lately that there it can take several minutes (sometimes, but not always) between when I activate the font in the fonts.adobe.com website, and when InDesign realizes that the font is activated. Give it enough time.

If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed into your Adobe ID in the Creative Cloud app (menu bar on Mac, task bar in Windows), trying signing out and signing back in. Also in CC app preferences (the gear icon), in the Services tab, make sure Adobe Fonts is turned on.

Note in the screen shot showing my font list after I loaded Museo Slab that when the font is loaded correctly you will see a cloud with a check mark icon on the far right of the font name.

When entering bill under banking, writing a check, the font is so small, how can I increase the font size for this and for positing deposits. I can increase the font for reports, such as BS, P&L and GL.

You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.

the font defaults are not specific, a closest match to family, type, size etc. will be picked. The fonts you see in the selection option are under your control, you can install more fonts on your system. The decoded text fonts are limited to mono-spaced fonts only, variable width fonts are not suitable for the tabular format of decoded messages which include columns of statistical information.

My shop uses the latest version of Storyline 360. We manage fonts using FontAgent Pro 4.5 for most of our fonts and TypeKit for others. We've had some rendering issues recently with two font families: Montserrat and Proxima Nova.

Montserrat will render perfectly fine on one machine but default to a weird serif face on another (after publishing to HTML5 with Flash backup on both machines). Both machines pull from the FontAgent Pro library for Montserrat.

Proxima Nova is a stranger beast. On one machine, we pull the font from FontAgent Pro, and Storyline 360 starts up with the error that Proxima Nova isn't installed on that machine (when it is). We don't get that error on machines pulling Proxima Nova from TypeKit. More strangely, the fonts sometimes render as gibberish, both on the development machine and on other machines viewing the HTML5 output. We've deactivated Proxima Nova in FontAgent Pro and tried reinstalling it from TypeKit, but there must be some artifact hanging around from the FontAgent Pro version because TypeKit says it's already installed. I suspect the root issue is with FontAgent Pro, but am open to any guidance.

Thanks, Alyssa! I was using Modern Text but that didn't resolve the issue. We now exclusively use FontAgent Pro to manage our fonts, so my question has changed somewhat. Now I wonder if there's a way to get Storyline to sync to FontAgent and view those fonts as "installed" (although they technically aren't). This would be helpful, as I don't know how else to get Proxima Nova to show up properly in my courses, and this is a font we must use. Thanks again for any guidance.

So now we have a situation where two fonts of the same type (but different versions) on the authoring PC are breaking the published output and there is no way to run Articulate without having the out of date font installed. Removing the latest version of the font is not an option as we use it in other programs.

Can you guys please go through the packaged fonts included with Articulate and update them to the latest version provided by Adobe & Google Fonts or allow Articulate to distinguish between different font versions?

Thanks for confirming. If it's only the menu, and you'd resized the browser window (based on your image it was fairly narrow) the font size of the menu will decrease based on the responsive nature of Rise.

You can see this change if you use the various preview options for desktop, tablet and mobile phone while in Rise or if you're viewing the Share link by resizing the browser window altogether.

I can see how certain sizes or display setups could cause it to be too small for learners, so I'll pass that along to the team as a feature idea. Thanks for sharing here, and you're also encouraged to share ideas with us here!

I'm currently working on 13 inch monitor in chrome and the display size of the menu items on the details page are still very small especially in comparison to the title. Has there been any progress in this area?

While I don't have any updates to share today, we promise to let you know once there's any forward movement on a text formatting feature for the menu. Everyone who reached out here will be notified immediately since that automatically subscribes one to this discussion!

Has there been an update to this? I have clients who can barely read the font on the menu. I have explained the need to have this responsive - but it does not make sense that the largest screen has the smallest font. This has been tested in Chrome (15" laptop), Firefox (same) and IE (same and 28 inch monitor). Scared that this post is two years old and it is till an issue. Can this be fixed through Articulate?

Hi, just wanted to chime in that I would appreciate this feature as well. The request we actually got from the client was to increase the font size of everything in the course, and since we can manually update everything except for the menu items (and similar spots like accordion screen titles), they now look oddly small.

Typography plays an important role in Amazon Echo brand recognition. It communicates a consistent, unified identity and gives instant personality to our written words. Amazon Ember is the master brand font for all Amazon products and services.

White space is important to convey a sense of simplicity and ease. All copy must be at least two (2) cap-height units away from all borders and 1.5 cap-height units away from all other foreground objects.
