I changed the software, bought be2works, read it, but I cannot write the bq78pl114 chip with the be2works software.
When we are discussing about Laptop Battery Chip Reset area we can think maybe to the competitors, competitors are RegeditGroup and UBRT. I won't ever recommend someone be2works, why ? because it is probably the best way to throw away 400$. I had be2works license in the past, ZERO support, my posts were deleted by the admin and then he blocked the license. Before this, I was not able to fix any battery. You don't need to trust me, just buy it and you will find yourself. Or simply ask 2-3 questions on his forum. Also here in this community, there are customers coming after a bad experience with be2works. EV2300 is just a SMBus interface (150$), anyway, you need an analyzer to analyze the batteries before and after Reset. I have many customers who use good Reset software like RegeditGroup and UBRT and bought NLBA to perform PRO analysis. As far as I know, NLBA is the only tool on the market that can Compute Internal Cells Resistance without opening the battery case and track the cell's voltages in a PRO way. No Lap Power Supply, no bulbs, dummy loads, inappropriate connectors, and so on. It is a complex all-in-one solution to perform PRO analysis.

some news:I successfully soldered my cp2112 for the second time (needed a microscope to verify soldering) with a new chip .Comparing the results with silabs adapter,i saw that be2works 1.39 does not read any battery,neither the adapter was!.I reinstalled a demo version (1.25) on a pc ...and i could read an asus battery with the 2 adapters:strange behavior of the software,isn't it?

i have the cp2112 adapter and i have the be2works 4.39 version which have only ten chips. but the issue is if connect the battery with bq8030 chips and all other chip it does not recognise it but the chip is in the software but the only one working so far is the bq208x series so please do you have any idea i am stranded so please if you have any idea please help me.
