[USTC-LUG] 求问，科大的网络通原理是什么？

想到这个的一个原因是今天在网教拖 mirrors 的 debian liveCD，插网线开网络通出口1下载速度竟然只有约 250kB/s，顿时觉得不科学。

直接开 LUG VPN 继续下，速度没下过4MB/s。这是为何，求解答

刚才又试了试，速度没问题了。不过现在大中午的人比较少。

昨天也试了试 traceroute，和今天的结果貌似是一样的。
