Position: Front-End Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Our distributed web application manages thousands of networks and millions
of users in more than 130 countries. Network administrators can quickly sift
through historical operating data, perform diagnostics, and navigate a huge
space of possible network configurations through an intuitive interface. Our
tight-knit engineering team works across the whole stack, from wireless drivers
to web UI.
We are looking for sharp, creative UI engineers who can take our application to
the next level of real-time, in-depth network analysis and configuration. Our
team is small enough that you will work on problems core to our business; we
are also growing quickly, with a proven model for our technology, so your work
will reach many customers and have a huge impact.
Requirements

Position: Back-End Systems Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Our multi-site, hosted backend system provides authentication, RF planning,
monitoring and diagnostic services for thousands of wireless networks
and millions of client devices worldwide. We are looking for motivated,
intellectually curious developers to help us scale our systems.
As
a key member of our backend engineering team, you will be helping
design and deploy a distributed, highly reliable system with some of
the brightest people in the networking and systems. Improving and
scaling our backend requires strong engineering and exceptional
analytical ability.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design, development and deployment of new services.
- Maintaining and building monitoring tools for production services.
- Full software life-cycle ownership.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science; Ph.D. a plus.
- Familiarity with C++, Ruby or Python and understanding of databases.
- Experience running a live service or building production systems.

Position: Director, Inside Sales
Location: San Francisco, CA
This
is a key management role and the Director, Inside Sales will
be expected to lead both strategic planning and tactical execution for
the entire inside sales organization. This is a high energy position
requiring an individual to be extremely motivated and results-driven.
The successful Director will lead and grow the inside sales team as a
self-starter and will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit,
self-motivation, and intense enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Definition of territories, compensation and recommendation of targets for the inside sales team
- Manage all aspects of role definition, criteria for new positions, hiring and performance management
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day activity and leadership for the inside sales team
- Focus on driving new booked revenue in all territories and manage aggressive quota
- Set long-term vision and strategy for growth and ongoing efficiency improvement
- Implement sales training, closing techniques, process and philosophy for the inside sales reps and managers

Requirements

Position: TeleSales Representative (TSR) – Contract Position
Location: San Francisco, CA

We currently have a great opportunity for Tele Sales Representatives to
work in a dynamic and evolving environment at our San Francisco, CA
location. This is a sales position primarily conducting outbound calls
to prospects and existing customers.
This is a
5-week contract position. We expect candidates to be able to hit the
ground running and execute their campaigns effectively and
professionally. The position will be part of the Inside Sales
organization for the duration of the contract period. This is not a
full-time position.
Responsibilities
The
Tele Sales Rep will determine and implement the appropriate actions
required to help generate sales interest in our products. These
actions include, but are not limited to:
- Cold calling into high levels within prospect organizations, targeting new and existing clients
- Contact
target companies to uncover potential sales opportunities and secure
initial meetings for field sales with Director and C-level prospects
- Support marketing events and campaigns with call-based invites and follow-ups
- Quickly learn and understand our solution offerings, value proposition, and ROI
Requirements
- Experience in high volume phone-based selling enterprise software, hardware or other technology
- Fearless ability to cold call and strong phone prospecting skills with ability to control a conversation
- Demonstrated sales aptitude: assertive, persistent, detail oriented, well organized, punctual and high energy
- Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed daily/monthly quotas
- Knowledge of standard sales procedures, practices, and techniques
- Professional with high-energy level, winning attitude and a sense of humor
- Alignment of work hours to specific territories may be required
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and time management skills. Good sense of humor desired
- Prior experience using CRM. Especially Salesforce.com
- BA/BS degree preferred
