it must be related to the latest Chrome update...ustart worked fine until  Chrome Version 147.0.7727.138 updated

It isn't Chrome - the same problem occurs in Firefox and Brave browsers.  The site has apparently died and the owners don't appear to notice or care.

it's back now, after another Chrome update.
