Login no longer working

Ustart is my homepage; however, it is disconnected and my login information will not log me in anymore. When I try to log in, it returns to the generic home page with the message that I am disconnected (with the refresh hyperlink); however, the refresh hyperlink does not return me to my page. I get no other error messages. I have tried to create a new account, using my same log in information and it does tell me that my account already exists. Please assist--thank you.

Hello,

We've checked your account and it seems ok. Most probably, your problem is due to your browser security settings or by a third party software that prevent uStart to recognize you... Did you change your cookies or security settings?

I have exactly the same problem.

Did you find a solution?

What are the steps that i can check?

I tried on Internet explorer and firefox and that s the same.
I added the website in the exception and same result.

Many apologies for the late answer. Your account is also working fine for us.

Here are things you can try :

- try the secure version of ustart : https://www.ustart.org

- try to connect using the private mode of your browser

- remove all browser extensions that you don't know

- tell us if you are using a anti-spyware or antivirus and witch one ..

let us know if any of these options works for you

So i tried the 2 possibilities plus the extensions and nothing change :(

And my antivirus is bitdefender

Hello,

You can try deleting cache & cookies from your browser.

An checks its security settings to see why it won't keep uStart cookies (lower them or add an exception).

Same issue here many accounts disconnected here in the year 2022.
Tried private mode, cookies, 3 browsers, secure https ustart, cell phone, linux and windows

SAME ISSUE on all those account impacts
You are disconnected.

I figured out the issue.

IF you try to use your email address as the USER login versus your Username it will say "You are disconnected"

Use the FORGOT Username option and they will email you that info.

Then you can sign in again.

In other words - full email addresses DO NOT WORK to sign in, it's needs to be the username.
