What are we looking for... 

 

Java
  • Overall 2 – 5 years of experience with minimum 2 Years of experience in Java / J2ee, XML,  Spring, Hibernate, JSF, JBoss App Server, SQL 
  • Expert in Spring Beans on Jboss, Spring Web flow / Spring MVC. Strong knowledge of Inversion of Control and transaction management using Spring. 
  • Strong at Hibernate Architecture and Structure, Useful classes, J2EE application server integration & Configuration methods.  
  • Knows in detail the hibernate config file, Session Management, loading and storing data, performing operations on the objects, HQL, native SQL, mapping associations, persistence, inheritance mapping, transaction and concurrency, batch processing, Interceptors and events .
  • Good knowledge of J2EE MVC frameworks
    Key Skills: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, JBoss
Oracle
  • Overall experience between 3 – 5 years .
  • Experience in Oracle & its tools .
  • Data staging & loading .
  • Experience in Batch Job management (scheduling, fixes, rescheduling) .
  • UNIX scripting knowledge is desired. 
  • Experience in Oracle, SQL Loader, Scripts, Batch Job Management .
  • Job Scheduling & Rescheduling .
  • Fixing issues in the scheduled jobs .
  • Problem management & resolution .
  • Effective communication in English (Oral & Written)
COBOL
  • Overall 2 – 8 years of experience with minimum 2 Years of experience in PL/1, COBOL, JCL, IBM DB2 or IMS/DB .
  • Should have hands on experience in Application development. 
  • Strong Technical, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills. 
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills. 
  • Previous experience with Tier -1 IT Services organizations in the onshore/offshore model
SAS
  • Overall 3 – 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in
    Base SAS /SAS Macro (SQL)/SAS Graph / SAS EBI / SAS BI Cube Studio
Testing
  • Overall 3 – 6 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing .
  • Sound in the concepts of System testing from requirements to execution, especially test design. 
  • Requirement analysis, Test Design & Test Execution (including Defect Management),
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix, Priority Based Testing.
  • Proficient in the use of the test management tool, Quality Center.
  • Good understanding of effort estimation based on parameters of complexity.

*Terms and Conditions:

 

·         50% of the bonus will be disbursed during the first month of the candidate completing 30 days and balance will be  disbursed on completion of 6 months.

·          All communication with the referral candidate shall be undertaken by HR department only.

·          All ACIS Employees except those in HR Department, Senior Management and those involved in the selection process at any stage are eligible for a referral bonus.

·          Referred candidate must be well known to the referrer.

·          No undue favours/pressure to take a referral will be entertained at any point of time.

·          Relatives of employee will not be considered in the same department as the referrer. The final decision of hiring a relative will be at the sole discretion of the HR department.

·          Referrer will not be a part of the interviewing panel/committee

·          Candidates will be selected purely based on merits and without prejudice and bias.

·          There shall be no restrictions on the number of candidates referred by a single employee

·          To qualify for the corresponding referral amounts, the concerned employee and the referred employee have to be in the rolls of the Company at the time of qualifying for such referral amount(s).

·          For referral candidate referred by two or more referrers, the first employee referring the candidate will qualify for the referral amount on satisfying the qualifying conditions.

·          HR shall notify to the qualifying referrer immediately upon the referred candidate joining the Company.

·          In the event of any dispute, the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of HR.
