Should the American flag be raised and lowerd every day at the USS San
Francisco Memorial? Curently, its only raised on special occasions
like Memorial Day weekend. If this is to occur it could be done by
National Park Service personnel located in the GGNRA; or the nearby
veterans at the Fort Miley VA Hospital, the military or citizens.
What are your thoughts? Thank you.
