Gavin: She’s meeting with a Visigoth! She’s worrit about whether she’ll get paid. Apparent;y she’s exchanging data and getting Latinum deposited in the Bank of Bolius. ::Turning to Clifton)) The first thing we have to do is shut down that account and access its records to show that deposits are being made by Visigoth to her.

Clifton: Hmm, how do we do that from out here?

Gavin: Give me a moment, and I can contact UFOP Financial Security Division and get that started.

Clifton: Great idea, get to that now.

Gavin: giving a dimpled smile: Being a high mucky muck...I believe that’s what ye’ve sometimes called me, in the UFOP does have some advantages. : His fingers were already flying over his diplomatic communicator pad.:: What I dinna have any idea about is how we actually manage to stop the transfer and arrest her. That’s up to you...being a big mucky muck in security, aye?

Clifton: Well ... so far as arresting her, it looks like we have enough evidence right now.

:: Clifton knew from the starbase that she had been secretly recorded copying the data, he also knew that the base Security had made sure that all the data she could access was worthless, but Silva didn't know that nor did her Visigoth friends.

Gavin: So, ye dinna think the datta is real? Is that right?

Clifton: Not a chance, the base commander made sure that everything she could access was not worth anything to anyone.  However, I think we should keep her from making that transfer, just in case she got something they didn't know about.

Gavin; Did someone set that up as a trap? Are they tracking it? Because if not, we canna arrest her and certainly not prosecute her for getting paid for making fools out of the Visigoth. Knowing how she lies, she’ll say she was just setting a trap of her own to drain them of funds.

Clifton: They have good records of what she did, so she'll be prosecuted for theft of classified data, taking it from the station and at the very least unauthorized meeting with her Visigoth friends.  That much we have her on for certain, I just wonder if there was anything more here than her making some latinum.

Gavin So, what is the next step….exactly. I dinna like being kept in the dark.

Clifton: Well, you won't be in the dark any longer, Gavin.  Reach under the control panel, you'll find two phasers.  Give one to me, take the other one yourself and set it on heavy stun.  We're about to have a guest, but before we bring her aboard I'd like you to look in the rear section in the aft cabinet.  I took the liberty of bringing along a set of molecular binders, some rope and a scarf.

Clifton: The scarf is for her face, if she starts talking non-stop, feel free to gag her mouth.  I'll look on it as a personal favor.  Okay, get ready.

:: Clifton activated the shuttle emergency escape transporter, locked on to Silva and energized.  In a few seconds Silva appeared atop the small platform looking both shocked and angry. ::

Silva: What is going on!  I demand to be returned to my ship!
