***  Inside the Castle ***

ooc: This post occurs in the morning following Clifton's visit to the Grail chamber the previous night.

:: Clifton arose and dressed in some native clothing, he still was somewhat in shock at seeing what he had viewed the night before.  This "Grail" was in a chamber beneath the castle but apparently protected by some kind of energy field, the likes and power of which he had never before seen. ::

:: Entering the dining hall, he got something to drink and took a seat beside some men under the King's charge.  Casually starting a conversation with them about mundane topics, he mentioned something called "The Grail" and asked if they knew anything about it.  From what they said, this "Grail" was awesomely powerful and whomever controlled it was said to have powers far beyond those of anyone else on Earth.  It supposedly could make an army invincible against an enemy, or give the person who controlled it such powers that they could do almost anything. ::

:: Clifton assumed that Morgana needed that power in order to fulfill her promise to him, as well as settle whatever personal feuds she had here in the castle.  Well, the fueds were her business, all he wanted was to find the person responsible for harming his wife (now ex-wife) and have his former life restored.  Across the room he saw Johanna enter, now he pondered the act of what to say to her.
