昨天，国务院上海“11·15”特别重大火灾事故调查组召开全体会议，调查组组长、国家安监总局局长骆琳说，事故暴露出五个问题，其中事故现场违规使用大量聚氨酯泡沫等易燃材料，是导致大火迅速蔓延的重要原因。公安部消防局副局长朱力平在接受新华社采访时指出，大楼外立面上大量聚氨酯泡沫保温材料，燃烧速度快产生剧毒氰化氢气体，是导致多人死亡的主要原因。他建议，尽快禁止上述材料使用，选出耐火替代品。综合新华社
