Regression after patch in r289

After change file ivy-impl_.xml in new revision of plugin:

I get the following error while building project:

antlib.xml. It could not be found.

place.
No types or tasks have been defined in this namespace yet
This appears to be an antlib declaration.
Action: Check that the implementing library exists in one of:
-ANT_HOME/lib
-the IDE Ant configuration dialogs

If I use an older version of the file the error does not occur
