how do I prevent ivybeans from trying to resolve/retrieve when I am
working offline (no access to ivy repo) and have my project continue
to use what is already in the ivy cache?
I tried the auto-resolve check box, but that doesn't seem to have any
effect when I build my project

It is the aim of the autoResolve checkbox to avoid resolve/retrieve. It seems that this checkbox enabling is a little buggy.
