Hi Mr Phuc,
We are currently tidying up some of our records for HCMCOU Cohorts 1 – 7 since the majority of students have now graduated.
Attached is a list of students from these cohorts who have not yet completed the requirements for the 8 unit MED1 Master of Education (TESOL) program.
Some things to note –
· Students who do not enrol into a course for two years are cancelled from their programs due to inactivity. This has happened to several HCMCOU students in the earlier cohorts.
· Those students that are currently Cancelled due to inactivity, but who still have time to complete their courses, will need to request reinstatement into their programs before enrolling. This would need to occur at least one week prior to the semester beginning so that we have enough time to activate them and get them enrolled for the following semester.
- Those that are currently Active and have time left to complete their courses can enrol now – they would just need to advise you of which courses and you can then request I manually enrol them.
- The suggested enrolment pattern shows how students can study the courses originally requested of them to meet the requirements of the program.
- Those students who are listed as Cancelled – Time to Complete Now Up would not normally be able to continue on in the MED1 Master of Education (TESOL) program as their 4 year timeframe is now up. However, if you have any whose time to complete is now up who are really keen to complete, please let me know as soon as possible and we can see if they can be accommodated. They would need to be willing to complete their studies in the next semester or two.
- If you have any students who advise you that they definitely do not wish to continue in their studies, please let me know and I can formally withdraw them from the program.
