With regards to the event budget, would you like to ask alumni to pay to attend? Or will the chapter cover the cost this time?

Thanks a lot for your great support to the coming event, Gina. The draft of letter is attached herewith as mentioned.
I aim at the target of 50 persons at maximum number of alumni and new graduates and I don't think attending fee should be applied for this welcome event.
Tentative cost for refreshment is around VND2,500,000 # USD120 (VND50,000 x 50persons).

I’ve just confirmed that the Saturday 25 July is the last teaching day for Allison and Darren with lectures scheduled to finish at 1pm. They will be flying out of HCMC back to Australia in the afternoon on the 25th.
In this case, can I suggest you to consider organising an evening event during weekdays in the week of 20 July? Then both Allison and Darren would be able to participate. Please let me know what you think?
