Dear Ann

I met you in HCMC earlier in the year at a USQ alumni event.

AusCham will be hosting “Welcome Back Aussie Alumni” events in Hanoi, Danang and HCMC  on Sunday, 1 February – the day of the Men’s Final of the Australian Open. See attached poster.

We are aiming it at the fresh graduates, seasoned Alumni back here and employers. We want to help the fresh graduates find jobs and settle back into VN faster than what they otherwise may have done. If we do it properly, it should increase the level of interest in Australian education.

This will be the first year that we have done it and so we have no idea about the numbers but the preliminary interest is very, very strong. As there is no central database of these people, we will be relying on the word of mouth hence this email to you.

If you were able to forward to the appropriate people to help spread the information through USQ’s Vietnamese network, that would be greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
