USPS Postal Reform

The Federal Tort Claims Act exemption covers damages caused by lost or damaged mail. Mail carriers who destroy mail and/or who constantly deliver mail to wrong addresses should not be considered acting within the scope of their employment. We are victims, and Congress needs to recognize us as such.
