Problem in running a EX04 with lammpse

Dear All,
I am beginner in USPEX code .
I am trying to run EX04(lammpse) but facing problem, during run , its
gives a warning that as " Random : Can not randomly generate a structure
after 10000 tries.The minimum distance threshold will be lowered by
0.1!Random : Please check your Ion Distances parameter".
How can i fix this problem. kindly help me. I am also attaching a input file script.
