NOT ABLE TO REGISTER

Dear Team,

This mail is regarding the problem I faced while registering on the website.

I have registered on the USPEX website. However I encountered the problem that after registration there was no confirmation and I didn't receive any password via email. After trying the forget password option as well, I did not receive any email.

I have registered using the same email (ashishshar...@gmail.com), but am not able to login on the website. I strongly believe that the registration page is broken.

Please help me to register and get the code as it is crucial for my work ahead.

Still does not work for me. I click the "submit" button on the web form and nothing happens - the form is not sent ... :(

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue. I've submitted the form but haven’t received any confirmation email.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

We have identified issues with users attempting to register using email addresses from Western providers (such as Gmail, Hotmail, and certain university domains). Registration emails sent to these addresses are not reaching their inboxes. In contrast, emails sent to Russian providers (e.g., mail.ru and Russian academic institutions) are being delivered without issues.

To verify this, we tested registration with newly created accounts on both gmail.com and mail.ru. The test confirmed our observations: the registration email successfully arrived in the mail.ru inbox, while the Gmail account did not receive it at all—not even in the spam folder.

To ensure you receive registration emails without problems, we recommend creating an account with a Russian email provider, such as mail.ru and re-register on the uspex-team.org site.

I can't get the password either ... even use mail.ru is not useable....

Dear all,

If you did not receive the registration emails, even with a mail.ru mailbox, could you please try resetting your password using the login form (as shown in the attached image)?
