Question about conducting Transition Path Sampling using USPEX

Dear developers and users,

      I am now trying to repeat the example 26 of USPEX, which is also a work reported in article Mechanism of the fcc-to-hcp phase transformation in solid Ar. I followed the instruction of Readme file, and seems like that the example can be run when I typed the command 'USPEX -r' into the terminal. However, some errors were reported (as shown in the picture) when I gave the second 'USPEX -r' conmand after the first run was completed. Also, when I check all the folders of the example, I found no file like extractOp.sh. What’s more, I am also not very clear about how the initial configuration and the final state were defined in this example. I could only find one file containing the coordinate of the system. Did any member of this group also ecounter this problem when running this example?

i have th same problem in conducting example 26 and i can not understood  why there is no a script shell forextracting order parametr in seed diroctory like extractht.sh thanks
