How to install and use USPEX?

Dear all

I am facing problem in installing USPEX software on windows.  I've downloaded the USPEX software and then extract the file. further use the install file to install it and copy the path in /etc/profile but after that the software is not opening it show error. i have also attached what i have till now. can anyone help me with this.
