Problem running INPUT files

Greetings, everyone!
I have just managed to install USPEX, but unfortunately I did not manage to run an INPUT file. Running EX13 worked just fine, yet running a fresh file (which I generated here https://uspex-team.org/online_utilities/input_generator/ ) was unsuccessfull. I will post the log of errors and the file itself here

Hi.
Try to modify the input file of the EX13 examlpe, instead of generating this input file again.
