local job submisstion confusion

I type "USPEX -r", and the app submit two job where I set in INPUT.txt.  But After the two jobs finish, the USPEX dose not continue to submit other jobs and calculate. I don't know the logic of this app.

Because when i using whichcluster:0, uspex continue calculate from 1 generation to another generation. 

But for parallel, it seems very strange, it just submit the jobs and QUIT.
