Stars Act- A new alternative

A House Republican believes that the glitches of the Dream Act can be overcome by an alternative to it called the Stars Act. This law may not offer such illegal minors a direct path to file US citizenship Application Form. At the same time it would not prevent them from applying for a skilled labor visa if they fetch a job after graduating through which they can obtain LPR status and then file Citizenship Application.
