You might want to consider using the foxit customization tool to handle the customization rather than trying to use all those switches. The customization tool and XML editor together allow you to create a totally customized package with licensing included and everything. Once you've created your customized installation you can zip all the install files together and upload that to KACE. The beauty of this is you don't have to create special credentials or anything, it can just be run as system and it works fine.
