Pra quem já mexe com Mobile, vai aí uma ótima dica de evento:

Google is hosting an event for Mobile Developers only!  If you are
interested in attending, please fill out the below form to apply.

Important: this event is geared towards mobile developers who have
already developed a mobile site or application and are interested in
learning how to build a strong business from that site/application.

Please, no more than 2 people per company.  Please fill out form once
for each person.


This event will include:

-Presentations by Google Mobile specialists on:
---The Mobile landscape in Brazil
---How to build a successful business from your Mobile applications
---Best practices for Android development
-A presentation by Breno MacMasi from FingerTips on opportunities for
Mobile developers in Brazil
-A presentation by Gui Schvartsman from Best, Cool & Fun Games on how
his company became so successful with games like Ant Smasher (see
Gui's profile at www.guidetotheappgalaxy.com)
-Free time to mingle with other Mobile developers over drinks and
snacks

Olá,

Não é na USP, o evento é no escritório do Google. O formulário preenchido é para eles fazerem a seleção de quem vai participar do evento.
