New version running today with layout change to better represent the new GXG site and its limitations.

Because they only update the Order Book and Trades every 15 minutes at the moment it often occurs that multiple trades arrive at once.  

When this happens it is impossible to know the Bid/Ask price at the time of each individual trade.  Previously I resorted to printing the same info for every trade listed in that block.  

In this version I only print the information against the last trade to make it more correct.

I have also removed a couple of redundant columns and included the Order Book volumes instead on the main table (full order book still in top right corner above charts).

Twitter is unchanged.
