WARNING: This is the same scam as before. Unfortunately they use
multiple email accounts, and sign up to locally oriented email lists,
pretending to be residents. On another list I manage, I have changed
the criteria for being able to join and post, to require evidence of
actually being a human (by video or in-person verification).
