Middlesex 2nd Forum at SHS, and more

Good morning! On July 16th, a collection of community groups including the USNC hosted a forum of the candidates running to replace retiring Pat Jehlan in MA Senate, for the Middlesex 2nd district. You can view the recording here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDWOR0jN-MY

The candidates have appeared in several forums this summer. The others were: 

The forum on transparency, hosted by ACT on MASS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMvOksZ7i2A and the Mystic Valley Voters Forum, hosted by a group of nonprofits and community groups https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzIwTORRc-o -they're all excellent, with different issues being discussed (and some overlap.) 

We also wanted to let you know the USNC is having one public meeting in August, on Monday August 31st at 7, in person at the SCC and on Zoom.

And finally, Kickball Connect, the kickball tournament we're hosting at Lincoln Park, is happening Saturday August 29.
