Dear Committee Members,

I've seen in our neigbourhood a few cars already with the new stickers (brown or orange coloured).

When will the RA be issuing/distributing new car stickers for 2017/2018 session? We are coming to the end of the 1st Quarter of 2017 and so far no news on the stickers.
