No parking signage

Dear Committee,

 Happy New Year to all.

Since the opening of Gate at Jln USJ 11/4C, We had a few inconsiderate visitors in the neighborhood who parked their car in the middle of the road in front of the barricade, blocking part of my house entrance.  This makes it difficult for us to reverse our car.

May I enlist the committee’s help to put up a No Parking signage  or a cone on my side of the barricade to avoid future misunderstandings.

Attached is a picture of today incident, he claimed it is his right to park!

Hi All Considerate Neighbor,

It's also a problem to us with the cars parked on the other side of the barricade facing the entrance.
Notice the Black Toyota Wellfire in the photo? It is creating our turning to the right to 4B and 4A,
especially when 2 or 3 cars are parked there, protruding out on to the road, taking advantage of the
tiny space. An accident might happen anytime when turning, day or night.

Could we suggest to place the barricade parallel to the road, like only 2 feet from the road instead
of 6 feet from the road. This will also create a bigger space on the other side of road between the
houses and they can park there without exposing or blocking their cars to the corner houses' front gates.
