Rubbish Collection (non Kitchen waste) in USJ 11/4

Dear USJ 11/4 Community Members ,

I am staying in 11/4M and I have this problem of rubbish collection, which I am sure many of you are also experiencing..

Our household waste are collected very efficiently. However when it comes to the collection of other  rubbish (shrubs, tree brunches and other non kitchen refuse)  the service is most unsatisfactory.

I notice the collection trucks only collect rubbish from the outer perimeter road. 

Collection is seldom made from other roads II/4B to 11/4M although the rubbish are neatly tied, packed in bags, and placed in front of the houses

For example my road in 11/4M. Since Hari Raya 2018 a few months ago to date, there was only one collection, and this was done only after I gave chase to the collection truck and pointed out the matter to them.

I hope our Residents Association will take up the matter with the Authorities.

I will be glad to whatsapp the photographic evidence if necessary.

Hi Siew Kiong,

 

Yes, you are right. Contractor for other rubbish collection other than the household waste will never collect from inner road other than outer parameter. If you wish them to collect from your place, you need to pay RM50 per collection.
