Dear Committee
Recently some pot holes were very quickly mended after the committee reported to MPSJ. However, new pot holes are now appearing at the USJ 11/4C entrance. Perhaps resurfacing the road would be more effective & permanent in preventing holes instead of filling it up!
Hope the committee can contact MPSJ in getting this main road resurfaced.

Hi Carol,
Were you at our last AGM on April 15, 2017.
This problem was discussed and acknowledged.
Other problems were also brought up and the new committee
will be taking actions once they have setup their respective
duties voluntarily.
If you are a paying member of our USJ 11/4 G&G, please
try to attend the annual meeting, it's once a year to know
what is happening to our residency and it was a Saturday,
even some of the attendee have work or, are working yet they
took some time out to attend.
But if you have not joined our G&G, and if you think our
G&G does reduces some crimes ( though you might complained
about our guards attitude), please support us and help ourselves
to maintain and improve the system and the safety of our families.

Yes I was at the AGM. I understand Adun mentioned abt resurfacing taking queue.
If you read my mail it clearly states the pot holes will not be properly mend if it's just a refill . Hence I am suggesting resurfacing that high traffic flow path to save us all the trouble of constantly facing similar problem!
