Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable web applications that facilitate sensitive data reporting and case transfer workflows. The role involves creating accessible Angular front-end interfaces and Spring Boot APIs featuring strong validation, audit trails, and role-based access controls. The developer will integrate applications with enterprise identity management, notification systems, and document services. Responsibilities also include ensuring high-quality code through code reviews, adherence to development best practices, SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Collaboration with the product team, other infrastructure teams, and security teams is essential to fulfill reporting requirements and enhance control measures.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to impact the organization in the following ways:
• Design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java Spring Framework and Angular.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Support and assist engineering teams, encouraging responsibility, teamwork, and ongoing learning.
• Help with architectural discussions and contribute ideas to improve our technology platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to technology and risk management.
• Support the integration of AI and emerging technologies to enhance client and employee experiences.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with our company culture and values.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in full stack software development required.
• Proven experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot for building micro services and RESTful APIs
• Any work experience with python scripting is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (including modern versions), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in Agile methodology including CI/CD, application resiliency and security, as well as developmental toolsets including GitLab, Junit, SonarQube, Splunk
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
