Job Description: -

Role: Scrum Master/Project Manager from a Testing & Banking Background

Location: Remote

Type of Hire:  Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Must be willing to use your own laptop

Must be willing to work in PST Hours

 

 

Need Excellent Communication 

 

Project Manager - Scrum Master with a Testing Background

 

1.      The Scrum Master will oversee all four streams alongside the Business Analyst. Responsibilities include tasks like:

o    Ensuring test cases are available

o    Verifying the location of scripts

o    Confirming success criteria are met

o    Setting targets and managing alternative-day stand-ups

2.      The four streams include:
a. Data Masking
b. Test Data
c. End-to-End Testing
d. BTAF Framework – Online Banking and DNA, which includes open source, test automation, Selenium, and migration from current code to newer code. The Scrum Master does not need to have expertise in Online Banking and DNA but must be able to evaluate whether the migration of old code to new code is feasible and prove its viability.

3.      Must Have: Project Management experience

4.      Must Have: Ability to define the project scope, plan resources, allocate tasks, manage timelines, extend deadlines when necessary, and meet KPIs.

5.      Must Have: Experience working with Dashboards in Azure DevOps (ADO).

6.      Must Have: Scrum Master experience in defect triage.
