Job Description:
· Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
· Service orders
· Contracts and subscriptions
· Billing and revenue integration
· Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi component service offerings (e.g., product + service bundles, subscription based services, usage based services).
· Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related frameworks.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit to standard analysis, and identify gaps.
· Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms.
· Ensure alignment with cross functional processes, including:
· Finance, Revenue recognition
· SD / Order Management
· Digital payments and invoicing
· Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios.
· Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution.
· Support cutover, go live, and post go live stabilization activities.
· Produce high-quality documentation, including:
· Functional Design Specifications
· Process flow diagrams
