A Java Lead designs and leads the development of scalable applications using Java and Microservices architecture. They guide the team and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Java development team
• Design and develop Microservices using Java
• Review code and ensure best practices
• Work with REST APIs and databases
• Coordinate with architects, DevOps, and QA teams
• Support deployment and production issues

Required Skills:
• Core Java, Java 8+
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Microservices architecture
• REST APIs
• SQL/NoSQL databases
• Git, Maven/Gradle
• Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure)
