Job Title: Performance Test Lead

Skills: Java, Python, Gitlab, AWS, and Kafka testing with Java-based users along with below performance testing and engineering.

Location: Dallas, TX 

Mode: Hybrid - 3 days a week Onsite



Visa : No H1B 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance testing and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, Gatling.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for scripting.
  • Familiarity with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
  • Understanding of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and distributed systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
