Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced person in a BA role who can also help with testing go Live for General Ledger capabilities.  They need accounting background with the ability to assist with testing for go live dates.  They are looking for that person who can be a combination of BA and QA testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Provide accounting background who knows and understand life and annuity accounting for insurance programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to drive successful project delivery.

Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire-based solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of technical requirements and project goals.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Problem Solving:

Identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Proactively troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure project success.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and knowledge-sharing materials.

 

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor’s degree in accounting

•            Understands life insurance

•            Testing capabilities for Go Live mode

•            Excellent communication and leadership skills.

•            Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•            Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
