Job title: Oracle Implementation Training Specialist
Location:  Carlsbad, CA
Duration:  6 month contract
Small explanation of job:  Successful candidate will be responsible for putting together the Oracle implementation training.   Candidate will need to know how to implement the training and drive it to completion within the designated time frame.   Candidate will not be conducting the training but rather putting it all together.   Candidate will be responsible for recording, saving and documenting training.  This is a hands on create content position.
Required Experience Includes:
Responsible for the putting together the training of large ERP systems, Oracle R12 preferred. 
Experience with UPK tools
Experience with test scripts, testing content
Experience going through a couple of full cycle ERP implementations.
Strong ERP acumen.  
Experience in a roll
Bonus/Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills
